Norco only accepts them if they are cracked. In the beginning they were replacing all frames, therefore I waited till mine cracked, but it didn't. So since I work at a bike shop I called Norco directly and they told me they could not supply for all the frames that were coming in. They told me to wait 'till it cracked. I also asked them if there was a problem if I sell it to someone else and they told me there shouldn't be any problems since it's a recall.
